Payment Policy

Anyatrends currently accepts Cash on Delivery for all website orders. You can pay in cash or UPI to the delivery partner / our team at the time of delivery, depending on the delivery arrangement.

After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm product details, address and availability before the order is stitched, packed or dispatched.

If COD payment is refused at delivery, or if the address / phone number is unreachable, the order may be cancelled. For custom-stitched COD orders, we may pause repeat orders until pending delivery issues are resolved.

Return & Refund Policy

Because every garment is stitched to your unique measurements, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size shared, or “didn't like it after wearing”.

Not eligible for return

  • ·Custom stitched garments (change of mind)

  • ·Worn / washed / altered garments
  • ·Fabric supplied by customer
  • ·Pico, fall, alteration & finishing services

Eligible for replacement / refund

  • ·Manufacturing defect (loose stitching, missing parts)
  • ·Wrong design delivered vs what was confirmed
  • ·Damaged in transit (with unboxing video)
  • ·Reported within 48 hours of delivery

In eligible cases we will re-stitch the garment at no cost, or refund stitching charges only(fabric & shipping are non-refundable). Since website orders are currently COD, eligible refunds or adjustments are handled by bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or re-stitching, depending on the case.

Refund requests must be raised by WhatsApp or email with the order reference, issue photos and an unboxing video where damage in transit is claimed. We review requests within 2 working days.

Free Fitting Correction

If the fit isn't right despite us following the measurements you shared, we offer one free fitting correction within 7 days of delivery:

  • Local (Mirzapur) customers can visit the studio for in-person fitting
  • Outstation customers ship the garment back at our cost (we share a prepaid label)
  • Re-fitted garment is returned within 3–4 working days
  • Additional alterations beyond the first correction are chargeable

Shipping Policy

Online orders are dispatched only after full payment is received. If delivery is delayed due to courier issues, incorrect address, customer unavailability, public holidays or events outside our control, we will help coordinate with the courier but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

We ship pan-India through Delhivery, DTDC and Bluedart. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days after stitching is complete.

Shipping charges: ₹80–₹150 per order depending on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders above ₹3,000.

Every package includes a tracking link sent to your WhatsApp. Cash on Delivery is available for website orders for now.

Order Cancellation

Approved cancellation refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

  • Cancel within 2 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Cancel within 24 hours — 80% refund (we refund minus cutting/preparation cost).
  • After 24 hours stitching begins — order cannot be cancelled.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: name, phone, email, address, measurements, payment status and design preferences.

Because checkout is currently COD, we do not collect card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking credentials on the website.

Terms of Service

Product prices, tailoring charges, shipping charges and any additional customization cost are shown on the website or confirmed with you before payment.

For COD delivery disputes, failed delivery, refused delivery or payment confusion, contact us immediately. We may request order, delivery and communication records to resolve the case.

By placing an order with Anyatrends you confirm that the measurements / size shared are correct, the design has been mutually agreed via WhatsApp, and you have read and accepted the policies on this page. We reserve the right to refuse service for orders we cannot reasonably fulfil.
